On the 11th May 2018, Manarco was given the opportunity to facilitate an interactive customer service workshop called “Uplifting Customers” for NS Bluescope (Thailand) Limited in Rayong, Thailand. The main purpose of this workshop is to improve service-mindedness and employee mentality in dealing with both internal and external customers.
The structure of this workshop was 70% activity based and 30% theory. We strongly believe in learning by doing, as it promotes interactivity and creativity amongst the team and participants.
From our summary of participant satisfaction evaluation form, all participants were happy with the outcome of our “Uplifting Customers” workshop. Most importantly, all participants felt that they could use the knowledge and experience gain from this workshop to develop their department and service further.
